Up for sale is a very good 5pc set of used 377943 376689 Johnson Evinrude OMC Tiller Handle Throttle Shaft & Gear Assembly 

They are used with some very minor tooth wear, cleaned and inspected, an excellent set of replacement parts

The 377943 measures 12" overall and fits inside the handle

The shorter 376689 measures 6.75" and fits on the motor side

Note, these shafts will not fit the 9.9 & 15HP motors from 1974 & up, those take a different shaft
