Repertorium Generale Rerum Notabiliorum, 1686, A1-VVV3 COMPLETE. Lacking binding with damage to title pages and gouge lasts three leaves. Moderate water staining. Moderate browning. folding over of upper right margin from lacking a binding in the last 40 pages. Good candidate for restoration. 

The Repertorium is essentially an alphabetical encyclopedia of legal topics, summarizing:

definitions of legal terms

explanations of disputed points (controversiae)

references to Digest, Code, Decretals, and commentators

practical applications in courts (in scholis et in palatiis)

cross‑references to the eight books of Quotidianae Controversiae Juris
