Pixel Chix Babysitter House Mattel Electronic Working Dial but NO SOUND 2005

It all lights up fine, the character move around ok. The dial can be a little stiff but does turn around to change the scene.

However there is NO SOUND at all with it. I've not looked into why or taken it apart to check but as you can see the screen is fine and I've shown both backgrounds as well.  The overall condition of the item itself is also nice
