ALL SERVICES ARE PERFORMED AT OUR FACILITY IN THE NORTHEAST UNITED STATES.

We will refill your tube to produce the same output power achieved by the original manufacturer. All cavity optics, alignment, electronics, and cleanliness will be checked as part of the process.  In most cases would hope to turn the unit around within 5-10 working days. (Subject to workload and any spare parts required.) 

A note to our potential customers:

Please use eBay messaging system. Please don't ask for direct contact info. EBay's policy does not allow for this. We are a corporation in a 10,000 sq foot facility. Once a purchase is made, we are free to release all contact information. 

The laser should be packed securely in a sturdy box that allows for 3 inches of padding on all sides and ends.  Bubble wrap and foam work well.  No peanuts. The edges are sharp, so if you have some of that thin sheet foam a layer or 2 will prevent the tube from popping the bubble wrap.  Gently protect the red dot wires.  They are extremely delicate and nearly impossible to repair, though very inexpensive from Epilog if they break.  If there is extra space, you can stuff it with paper or line the box with Styrofoam sheets.  Please ship to the address in my signature line.  Typically we recommend UPS with $3,000 insurance. Be sure to include your complete contact details and a copy of your transaction inside the box with the laser.  

We service most rf CO2 laser brands used in the vast majority of machines.  We support lasers from 10W to 500W.  If you don't see it here, just ask!
