Product Overview:

Up for sale is a Henckels Classic Christopher Kimball Edition 7-inch Cook's Knife. This unique hybrid blade was designed by Christopher Kimball (of Milk Street and America’s Test Kitchen) to combine the precision of a Japanese vegetable cleaver with the utility of a Western chef's knife.

Key Features:

Spanish Craftsmanship: Precision-forged in Spain from high-quality German stainless steel.

Unique Hybrid Design: Features a flatter edge for chopping and a slightly curved tip for rocking cuts.

Fully Forged Construction: Provides a seamless transition from blade to handle for maximum durability and balance.

Full Tang: The steel runs through the entire triple-riveted handle for stability.

Bolsterless Design: Unlike standard chef knives, the lack of a bolster allows for easy sharpening of the entire blade length and a comfortable "pinch grip."

Excellent: Barely used, factory edge is still sharp, no staining or rust.

Used: Shows some light cosmetic scratches from sharpening or storage, but is functionally perfect. Handle is tight. (See photos)
