COMBINE YOUR PURCHASES AND SAVE ON SHIPPING

We are happy to combine eligible purchases whenever practical to help reduce shipping costs.

Please contact us if you would like purchases combined. Some orders shipped through eBay International Shipping may be combined automatically by eBay when eligible; however, not all orders qualify for combined shipping.

When we arrange combined shipping ourselves, the final cost depends primarily on the packed weight, package size, destination and shipping service.

Please remember that boxes and packing materials add weight. As a general guide, allow up to approximately 250 g per item for packing materials, although the actual amount will vary.

SHIPPING

We normally ship by the next business day after cleared payment unless a different handling time is shown in the listing.

We generally do not process orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. Orders and questions received during these periods will normally be dealt with on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

For international shipments sent directly by Canada Post, economy surface services can be considerably slower. Canada Post currently estimates approximately 4–12 weeks for International Parcel Surface and Small Packet Surface services.

Faster shipping services may be available where offered in the listing.

TRACKING & HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

Tracking will be provided where included with the shipping service or required by eBay.

For orders requiring additional delivery protection, we reserve the right to use tracking, insurance and/or signature confirmation as appropriate and in accordance with eBay and carrier requirements.

Under current eBay Canada seller-protection requirements, orders with a total order value of C$750 or more (including item price, shipping and tax) require signature confirmation for protection against an Item Not Received claim.

CANADA POST WEIGHT LIMITS

Canada Post's International Small Packet service has a maximum weight of 2 kg.

Because shipping costs can rise substantially once a parcel exceeds the limits of the less-expensive packet services, it may occasionally be less expensive to send a combined order in two or more packages rather than one large parcel.

We will use the most practical shipping method available under the service purchased.

HANDLING

Where applicable, our shipping and handling charge may include the actual cost of postage together with reasonable costs associated with packaging materials, insurance and other shipping-related services.

Any handling charge shown in the listing forms part of the quoted shipping and handling cost.

We do not offer free shipping unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TARIFFS

Many of our eligible international orders are shipped through eBay International Shipping (EIS).

For EIS orders, we ship the parcel to eBay's Canadian shipping hub. eBay then manages the international portion of the shipment, including international delivery and customs processing. Applicable import charges are handled according to eBay's International Shipping programme and the requirements of the destination country.

For international shipments not processed through eBay International Shipping, the buyer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage or clearance charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

International customs and tariff regulations change frequently. The amount charged can depend upon the destination, the type and value of the merchandise, its materials and its country of origin.

IMPORTANT FOR U.S. BUYERS: U.S. customs rules changed significantly in 2025, including the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment for imported shipments. Applicable U.S. duties and customs requirements therefore may apply regardless of the value of the shipment. Where eBay International Shipping is used, eBay manages the applicable customs and tariff process.

We cannot guarantee the amount of customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges or other government/carrier fees that may apply to shipments outside the eBay International Shipping programme.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

We declare merchandise accurately and comply with applicable Canadian, U.S. and international customs regulations.

We will not:

• Declare merchandise below its actual value;
• Falsely describe purchased merchandise as a “gift”; or
• Provide inaccurate information on customs documentation.

Where required, listings or customs documentation may include the item's Country of Origin and/or appropriate HS/HTS tariff classification.

PAYMENT & COMBINING ORDERS

If you are purchasing several items and wish to combine them, please contact us before making payment whenever possible.

Orders can only be combined where permitted by eBay's system and the applicable shipping programme. Certain eBay International Shipping orders cannot be combined, including some orders exceeding programme limits or involving different import-charge arrangements.

Please make payment within the period specified by the listing and eBay's current payment policies. We cannot guarantee that unpaid purchases can be held for 30 days, as eBay's payment and cancellation requirements take precedence.

NEW & SEALED ITEMS

For factory-new and sealed products, we cannot inspect the contents without breaking the manufacturer's seal.

If a sealed product contains a manufacturing defect or missing component, please contact us and/or the manufacturer as appropriate. Nothing in this statement limits any rights or protections available to buyers under eBay's policies or applicable consumer law.

PICTURES & PACKAGING

Unless the listing specifically states that you will receive the exact item pictured, product packaging may vary. Manufacturers and suppliers occasionally change packaging, artwork or presentation without notice.

For used, collectible, unique or individually photographed items, please refer to the listing description and photographs for the condition and contents of the item being offered.
