Here we have a wonderful antique Victorian silver plated centrepiece / sweetmeat stand. It is beautifully modelled with a cow standing beneath a highly detailed naturalistic tree covered in leaves, foliage and berries. The tree rises to a circular ring which would originally have supported a glass bowl or dish which is no longer present. This is a particularly unusual and decorative piece of Victorian tableware that would date to the late 19th century. The elaborate design is very much in keeping with the type of centrepieces produced by makers such as Elkington & Co., this may be by Elkington, although there is no maker's mark as far as I can see. It measures approximately 5.75 inches high by 5.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches deep and weighs approximately 750g. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Import duties; sometimes there will be a charge, I think this is mainly charged on high value items, this is something that the Government enforces to which I have no control of. I declare the value of the parcel as the price the item sold for plus shipping costs.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
