This is a prohibitively rare card which Topps ONLY ever distributed IN Venezuela in prohibitively small numbers.

Most Venezuelan cards have suffered in their third-world habitat, with most having damage from being attached inside an album,  or from subsequent removal from that album.

No creases  or wrinkles.

Very impressive contrast

Relatively light natural corner wear and the all too common with Venezuelan cards,  centering issue, account for the grade.

But this is quite the impressive looking card for its modest grade.

Please be aware that this is an older graded card, and the holder has a few completely superficial scratches that in no way whatsoever compromise the integrity of the holder.
