Black vinyl with black stitching. The VW logo is embossed on the front cover and held close with magnets. There are 2 slots for business cards in the lower inner flap.
The bottom and sides are elastic.
The size is 9.0 x 6.5 x 1.0 inches.
Over all in very nice condition.
