My items are tuned if necessary, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, polished, cleaned again, then sanitized. This item is ready to shave and uses double edge PTFE coated razor blades for shaving.

Functionality
Fully functional! No Bends in the head, teeth are straight. Threading on the handle and top plate are in good condition.

Appearance
Cracks at top and bottom of handle. Some pitting on top cap.
