Shakespeare 2052 Royal Maroon model EE ultra light spinning reel made in the USA featuring a ball bearing supported stainless steel spiral cut pinion gear, stainless steel main gear, collapsible winding handle, front drag adjuster, original leather drag washers, automatic bail release and an all metal gear case making it very strong and durable. Very smooth on cast and retrieve, the bail snaps back after each cast and the drag pull is very smooth with selective click anti-reverse. This is a high quality freshwater workhorse a very solid reel that will not let you down. Exceptional mechanical condition the gears, bearings and drag washers show very little wear and everything works better than intended as only precision greases and oils made specifically to lubricate and protect within the marine environment are used when I service a reel, excellent exterior condition with very minor scuffs from light use. This reel has been completely serviced and runs very smooth, the gears were cleaned and re-greased, bearings were oiled, the drag stack was cleaned and re-installed, re-assembled and ready to fish, spool some new line and go fishing or put it in your collection it displays very well.
