This is a new unused Haslab Omega Prime.  It has only been opened to do the sanding fix on Optimus Prime's waist area so that it can transform properly.  The part transforms great, no issues.  Also, Ultra Magnus has perfectly white parts, no issues there either.

This is arguably better than buying a sealed one, because you will have to do the sanding fix yourself (they all have that issue), and your Ultra Magnus could be yellowed.
