- AIR MEDAL - Medal would have been issued the FIRST TIME he received the AWARD - appx. 3-1/2"L x 1-5/8"W
- Award Certificate - appx. 10x12 - THE AIR MEDAL (Eighteenth oak leaf cluster - This certificate represents the 19th TIME he received this award/air medal) - TO First Lieutenant Robert E. Bergquist, Infantry, USA - FOR Meritorious Achievement while Participating in Aerial Flight IN THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM DURING THE PERIOD 12 JULY 1965 TO 17 AUGUST 1965 - GIVEN 27 November 1965
- Award Certificate signed by W. C. Westmoreland General, US Army Commanding and Secretary of State, Stanley R. Resor
- 1962 Department of Defense published book - "A POCKET GUIDE TO VIET-NAM" - 4-1/2"W x 5-1/4"L
