This listing is to repair and refurbish your DZM100 or DZM50 or DZM20. Our repair service is fast and reliable. We give you a 90 day guarantee.
The price includes parts, labour and return carriage UK mainland, other areas will be extra. Europe is extra
Please note batteries, cosmetic and cabinet parts are not included in the fixed repair price.
We are experienced repair engineers and have extensive experience of Opus. We are the only official UK authorised service centre for Opus
Simply purchase this item and we will reply by return with postage instructions and a returns number unique to your repair.
Please use the original packaging where possible. Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of your item.
If you do not have the original box then plenty of bubble wrap then a strong outer box. If a mains plug is fitted to your repair ensure this is wrapped separately and that the pins cannot contact the cabinet. Replacement cabinets are not available. Do not include any accessories.
The repair service is for normal fault breakdown and does not cover accidental damage i.e. spillage.
If you cannot send the unit to us our courier service can collect for £12.00 UK mainland only, some outer areas are extra. Please check
We can also offer a boxed collect service. If you do not have suitable packaging we can send a box with the courier for you to put the item into while they wait.
The courier will then bring the unit to us.
This cost an additional £15 please advise when you purchase with a suitable day allowing time for us to send the box.
They will text you an ETA on the day. You must be available though all day Monday to Friday only.
Please note that due to Ebay monitoring despatch times.
If you have bought a repair service your purchase will show as despatched when we send you the postage info and returns number.
We are only able to do this during working hours so if you purchase at weekend you will receive the info on the next working day.
Any warrant does not include your carriage costs to us
As stated above this is a repair only service. If you buy this thinking you are buying a product then any refund will be subject to a 20% admin fee.
