This is called a Greeko Cymbal. Also called an “Egyptian Cymbal” I believe it’s Nickle silver alloy. It has a mount that attaches to the bass drum hoop. Brand unknown. It came with a Vintage WFL Set. It’s 1930’s -40’s era or earlier.
