This is a very nice set containing  a razor dish and a shaving brush bowl including the drainer.  I believe this to be late 19c/early 20c and not sure of maker but the trademark seems to most closely resemble T Rathbone and co.
No obvious chips, significant crazing.  
These are quite difficult to find as they tended to get damaged but this one looks fine.
