80’s high end fashion piece, I remember the likes of Molly Parkin and Mellisa Caplan wearing such headwear.
Like all suede it does show signs of wear.
Made in England.
There are marks label does show when you wear it…obviously intentional.
There are marks in the suede and worn on a few edges…it’s not new.
I would say it’s a small head size.
