These are not your grandmother's scans. Every page has been hand-corrected to remove as many blemishes as possible. Color correction with a known color standard sheet was used to get the colors as close to the original as possible. Special care was taken with the half-tone images to make sure all the depth and range of the originals is preserved. Manuals are printed on 24 lb paper and comb-bound with clear plastic front cover and black plastic back sheet. No attempt has been made to make the binding look like the original military 3-post binding. These have plastic comb-binders for each of the 3 volumes. There are about 70 fold-out pages (mostly tables, not illustrations) and maybe 50 color illustrations. All the rest is 8.x x 11 black&white.

Although the original manual that I scanned is public-domain, this hand-edited edition is copyright James A. Moorer 2009-2010. I have sprinkled small copyright notices throughout the manual. My apologies for this defacement. I hope it is not too distracting.

This is by far the most detailed maintenance manual I have seen on the B-25. It is more detailed than the big manual from North American Aviation. Chapters include General Aircraft, Ground Handling, Servicing, Lubrication, Pneudraulics, Power Plant, Fuel System, Landing Gear, Flight Controls, Instruments, Electrical System, Radio Communications, Armament, Wiring Data, Tubing Charts and more.

THIS MANUAL IS SO LARGE WHEN PRINTED ON 24 LB PAPER THAT I HAVE TO BIND IT AS 3 SEPARATE VOLUMES.
