1. V62 Form Requirement

All vehicles sold require a V62 form (Application for a Vehicle Registration Certificate) to be completed and submitted before the vehicle leaves the premises.

2. Proof of Identification

The Buyer must provide a clear copy of their photo card driving licence before the purchase is completed.

3. Surcharge for Incomplete V62 Form

If the Buyer does not complete a V62 form at the time of purchase, a £200 surcharge will be held by the Company.

This amount will be retained until proof of application for a V5 logbook is provided.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to AH PRESTIGE LTD are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Buyer Responsibility & Vehicle Condition

Any descriptions provided by AH PRESTIGE LTD are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as a full representation of the vehicle’s condition.

Viewing and inspecting the vehicle in person is always recommended before purchase.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to fully inspect the vehicle before leaving the premises.

All vehicles are sold as seen, with no warranty or refunds provided.

The Company will not be held liable for any issues that arise once the vehicle has left the premises.

6. Storage Charges for Late Collection

Vehicles not collected by the agreed collection date will incur a storage charge of £25 per day until collection is made.

This charge must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms. AH PRESTIGE LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
