When installed, the hood effectively blocks backlight, sidelight, and overhead light, resulting in cleaner images with reduced flare. Its lightweight aluminum alloy construction and form-fitting design provide durable protection without compromising the camera's classic aesthetics. For convenience, it remains fully compatible with the original lens cap.
CNC-machined to prevent vignetting, the hood features a matte black painted interior that absorbs light to stop internal glare. The included adapter ring unlocks further creativity by allowing the attachment of standard 49mm filters.
