This mechanism set is NOT universal. Please only buy if your existing set matches ALL of the following:
- 600N printed on your old gas struts (must match exactly)
- 360mm eye-to-eye strut length when fully extended
- 8mm eye-end (round hole) strut fittings - NOT ball joints / NOT clevis forks
- Hinge and bracket layout matching a standard ottoman lift-up base

Includes matched pair of 600N gas struts plus the hinges, brackets and fixings needed to restore smooth, controlled lifting on lighter-duty storage bed bases (fitment depends on matching your current set exactly).

Single and small double ottoman storage beds, and lift-up bed mechanisms with lighter mattress platforms. If your old struts were marked 750N or 1200N, please choose the matching listing instead - fitting the wrong force rating can cause the bed to lift too slowly, or not stay open safely.
Installation Notes
- Fit struts with the piston rod facing down for best performance
- Tighten all hinge and bracket fixings securely before use
- Do not modify the gas struts or remove the warning label
- Always replace struts in a matched pair - never mix worn and new struts
