This compost activator uses a combination of bran and effective microorganisms, which acts as an activator and composts all biological kitchen waste. Not just vegetable waste, but table scraps, meat, fish and dairy too.
Sprinkle some of the Bokashi Bran at the bottom of the bucket.
Pour any food waste into the Bokashi, on top of the bran.
Add 20ml of bran between each layer of packed food waste.
Securely put the lid on, and allow food to decompose.
