The bag is in excellent overall condition, especially for a Filson briefcase. Rugged Twill exterior presents very well, leather handles and trim remain in excellent condition, and the interior is very clean. Please review all photos for exact condition.

Important strap note:
The original heavy leather shoulder strap was lost by the previous owner. It was replaced with a genuine Filson black webbing shoulder strap, the style used with Filson bags such as the 70016 Tin Cloth Original Briefcase and Dryden series.

This is a particularly practical setup—the webbing strap is significantly lighter than the standard heavy leather strap while retaining the Filson look and quality. Brass-tone hardware complements the bag’s original hardware nicely.
