2008 Volkswagen Golf 1.6 FSI Petrol – 5 Door – Long MOT – £2,195 ONO

Selling my 2008 Volkswagen Golf 1.6 FSI petrol manual due to relocating to Ireland.

The car has covered approximately 147,000 miles and has been a reliable daily car. It has had a replacement engine fitted, with receipt/documentation included, and the clutch was replaced at the same time.

It has just had its MOT and is now MOT'd until 31 August 2027. Any work required for the recent MOT was carried out immediately, and I have receipts for the repairs, along with a good collection of receipts for other maintenance and work carried out on the car.

As you'd expect from a 2008 car, it isn't cosmetically perfect. There is some rust/corrosion around the wheel arch and lower bodywork, and the alloys have quite a bit of kerbing from a previous owner. I've included photos so you can see the condition.

There are also a few age-related marks around the car, but overall it still presents well for its age. It's genuinely a lovely car to drive and has been a great car for me. I'll be sad to see it go, and I'm only selling due to relocating to Ireland.

The car has recently had money spent on it to get it through its MOT and comes with plenty of paperwork. I'm happy to show all receipts and documentation when viewing.
