Thin Plate Hole Saw Instructions:
1. When using the thin plate hole saw, first insert the drill tip and cutter into the hole saw's round hole, connecting and locking the cutter to the drill. Then tighten the three post screws on the frame to prevent the hole saw frame from slipping. Insert the ruler rod with the positioning pin facing upwards into the small square hole on the frame from left to right. Finally, adjust and tighten the top screw according to the size of the arc to be cut, fixing the ruler rod firmly to ensure the accuracy of the round hole cutting.
2. When cutting standard arcs, a thin plate hole saw should be used to ensure a smooth and beautiful arc cut surface. First, drill a 3mm positioning hole on the workpiece, then drill a 12mm hole. Insert the cutter head into the hole to cut the inner and outer circles.
