This collectible cloth doll was released by Applause in 1995 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the original Raggedy Ann patent. Commissioned alongside the Gruelle family, this limited edition recreation was modeled to authentically capture the whimsy and down-home flavor of the original 1915 patent pieces. As part of a restricted production run of only 7,500 pieces, this doll serves as a significant piece for serious Raggedy Ann and Andy collectors.

• Classic cloth construction with signature red yarn hair and hand-stitched facial features
• Authentic recreation outfit including floral print dress, white pinafore apron, and lace-trimmed bloomers
• Includes original illustrated display box and numbered Certificate of Authenticity (#3384)
• Approximately 16 inches tall with traditional red and white striped legs

Condition: The doll is in excellent condition with no visible staining, fabric tears, or fading to the clothing or body. Hair is full and intact. The original box shows significant wear, including crushed corners, surface paper loss/tears, and old tape residue as shown in photos. Certificate of Authenticity is present and well-preserved within the box.
