30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned:

• In their original condition
• Unused and unworn
• Without alteration, modification or repair
• With the original security tag still attached exactly as supplied
• With all certificates, grading reports, documents, packaging and accessories originally supplied

Once the returned item has been received, inspected and successfully verified, we will issue a 100% refund of the eligible item purchase price.

We do not charge a restocking or return-processing fee.

Any refund or return remains subject to applicable eBay policies and the buyer's statutory rights.

IMPORTANT – SECURITY TAG MUST REMAIN ATTACHED

If you are considering returning or exchanging the jewellery, DO NOT remove the security tag.

Our security tag forms an important part of our product identification and return-verification process.

The tag must remain attached to the jewellery exactly as it was when originally supplied.

The security tag must not be:

• Removed
• Cut
• Broken
• Damaged
• Altered
• Tampered with
• Transferred to another item
• Removed and reattached
• Replaced with another tag

If the security tag has been removed, altered, transferred, tampered with or reattached, the return may not be accepted, subject to applicable eBay policies and statutory rights.

Please note: an intact security tag alone does not prove that the jewellery has remained unchanged. The jewellery, centre diamond and all gemstones are also subject to identity and condition verification.

IMPORTANT – DIAMOND & GEMSTONE VERIFICATION

All jewellery, including the centre diamond and any additional gemstones, must be returned exactly as originally supplied.

No diamond, gemstone, setting or component may be:

• Replaced
• Substituted
• Reset
• Swapped
• Altered
• Repaired
• Modified

Keeping the original security tag attached while replacing or altering a diamond, gemstone or component does not constitute returning the original item in its original condition.

IMAGES REQUIRED BEFORE RETURN

If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us through eBay Messages.

Before dispatching the return, please send us clear photographs through eBay Messages showing:

• The complete jewellery item
• The security tag clearly attached
• The security tag attachment point
• The centre diamond from the top
• The centre diamond and setting from both sides
• Any certificates or grading reports supplied
• Any visible laser inscription where reasonably possible
• Any area of damage, concern or issue relating to the reason for return

These photographs form part of our return-verification procedure.

Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us through eBay and followed the applicable eBay return process.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you wish to return your purchase:

1. Contact us through eBay Messages within the applicable return period.
2. Provide clear photographs of the jewellery, security tag, centre diamond and relevant documents.
3. Open a return request through eBay where required and follow eBay's return procedure.
4. Do not remove or alter the security tag.
5. Carefully repack the jewellery in its original packaging where available.
6. Include all certificates, grading reports, documents and accessories originally supplied.
7. Use a secure, fully tracked and adequately insured postal or courier service where the return method is not provided directly by eBay.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned parcel reaches us safely unless eBay's applicable return process provides otherwise.

RETURN INSPECTION & VERIFICATION

All returned jewellery is carefully inspected before a refund is approved.

Our inspection may include verification of:

DIAMOND OR GEMSTONE SUBSTITUTION

The centre diamond and all gemstones supplied with the jewellery must be returned with the item.

A return may be considered altered or not the same item originally supplied where our verification establishes that:

• The centre diamond has been changed
• A diamond has been replaced or substituted
• A gemstone has been replaced or substituted
• The certificate or laser-inscription number does not correspond with the original diamond
• Diamond measurements do not correspond with our dispatch records
• Diamond characteristics do not correspond with our original records
• A natural diamond has been substituted with a laboratory-grown diamond
• A diamond has been substituted with moissanite, cubic zirconia, another simulant or another gemstone
• A laboratory-grown diamond has been substituted with another stone
• A gemstone has been removed and reset
• The setting has been opened or altered
• Prongs or claws show evidence of stone removal or resetting
• Any part of the jewellery has been replaced or substituted

Keeping the original security tag attached does not override our right to verify the centre diamond, gemstones and jewellery.

If the jewellery or any stone is found to have been substituted, altered or materially changed from the item originally supplied, the return and refund will be handled in accordance with eBay's applicable policies, seller-protection procedures and the buyer's statutory rights.

ALTERED, RESIZED OR REPAIRED ITEMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, items that have been altered after delivery may not qualify for return.

This includes jewellery that has been:

• Resized by a third party
• Engraved
• Repaired
• Polished or refinished by a third party
• Modified
• Reset
• Had diamonds or gemstones removed or replaced
• Had the setting altered

Please contact us before arranging any third-party work if you are considering returning the item.

CERTIFICATES & DOCUMENTS

All certificates and grading reports supplied with the jewellery must be returned.

This may include:

• GIA certificates
• IGI certificates
• WGI certificates
• Valuation documents
• Jewellery reports
• Warranty documentation
• Other documentation supplied with the order

Missing, substituted or altered documentation may delay the return-verification process and may affect the return in accordance with applicable eBay policies and statutory rights.

RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Where applicable, return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise provided by eBay or required by law.

We recommend that all international returns are sent using a fully tracked and adequately insured service suitable for high-value jewellery.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the parcel is securely packaged and reaches us safely where the buyer arranges the return carriage.

Original shipping or insurance charges, where separately charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable eBay policies or law.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after:

• The security tag has been verified

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method in accordance with eBay's payment procedures.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take approximately 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in the customer's account after the refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

You may select another suitable item from our eBay store, or we may be able to manufacture a jewellery item according to your requirements.

Exchange items remain subject to the applicable conditions of this return policy.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We regularly supply customers internationally, including US, Europe & Australia.

International customers are entitled to the applicable return period stated in the listing, subject to this policy, eBay's applicable terms and local statutory rights.

Where the buyer arranges the return, international return postage, insurance, customs documentation and any associated costs are normally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise provided by eBay or required by law.

When returning an item internationally, please ensure the customs documentation clearly identifies the parcel as returned goods where appropriate.
