A vintage early to mid 20th century leather masonic briefcase of smaller proportions. Brown stitched leather exterior with the remains of a monogram to the lid and basic tooled detail. Four metal studs fitted to the underside. Interior fitted with a navy blue felt lining and two leather buckle straps. Comes with the two keys so the case can be locked.
Length is 43cm.
Width is 19.5cm.
Height when closed is 7cm.
The golf ball in picture 2 is a size reference.
Condition: Both locks work and both keys work. Leather in generally good order with no serious damage, just some small edge scuffing and wear. Stitching is good. Monogram with gilding loss. Some surface tarnishing to the locks and latches. Handle in good condition. Interior could do with a hoovering but is otherwise fine. Bit of a musky smell to the interior, so could do with airing at room temperature for a while.
