A fabulous antique cobalt blue glass apothecary bottle, dating from the 19th century.

The bottle is complete with original loose fitting dropper type stopper and gilded paper label which reads Syr:Rham which is short for Syrupus Rhamni ( syrup of Buckthorn ).

It measures 21cm high with a 7.5cm diameter.

There are some surface marks / general wear to the label, otherwise all in good antique condition with no chips or cracks.

This would make a great addition to any apothecary collection or ideal tv / film prop.
