Information on the sheet;
The primary way these sheets were won was through Top 16 placement at the 50th SJC.
This specific event was monumental for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG
It marked the first North American tournament to ever break 1,000 players.
Upper Deck Entertainment distributed the partial 5-card Secret Rare uncut sheets as an exclusive premium prize for the top-performing players who made the top cut.

Estimated Release Numbers
* Total Released: It is widely estimated that fewer than 100 to 200 total sheets were ever produced and distributed globally.

* Why it's so low: These were never sold at retail. They were manufactured specifically by Upper Deck Entertainment (UDE) as elite prize support. They were given exclusively to high-level tournament venues, regional organizers, and selective promotional sweepstakes winners during the initial 2008 Phantom Darkness launch cycle.

* Survival Rate: The actual number in circulation today is even lower. Many sheets were damaged, lost, or intentionally cut up by owners over the last two decades.
