AVO Multi-Amp PULSAR Universal Test System, Model 10L3T3N-1/60, professional-grade electrical protective relay testing equipment.

This system is designed for testing and evaluating protective relays and related electrical protection devices. The PULSAR platform provides programmable voltage/current test outputs and was designed for both manual and computer-assisted relay testing applications.

The unit powers on as shown in the photos, with multiple front-panel displays illuminated. However, no complete functional testing, output verification, accuracy testing, or calibration has been performed. Because its complete operating condition cannot be confirmed, this unit is being sold strictly FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING / AS-IS.

The equipment shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with age and industrial use.
