We purchased this scale to replace an old Mettler Toledo that stopped working. Long story short we could not get this thing to communicate with a PC and after 30 hours of wasted time just bought a Dymo scale that is simply Plug & Play (or in 2026 parlance, it just works). So if you know how to get this thing to communicate with a PC or if you don't need that functionality it's effectively a new scale for half the price.  Not in the original box because it was unimaginable that we couldn't get this thing to send 2 Bytes of data to a PC through a USB port but well packaged.
