This vintage Beagle Manufacturing Co. of Pasadena, CA, Vogue #70 (see hallmark detail pic) metal cage flower frog floral arranger is the smallest they made measuring about 2.5” diameter x 1.75” tall.  The metal is a non-ferrous cast alloy mix of zinc, lead, and copper giving it a heavy weight so it won't tip over underwater, while naturally resisting rust.
