Unfortunately I've had bidders win the auction and not pay for the item or having to wait sometime to receive payment.

This is unfair to those who loose out from winning the item and are willing to pay.

So payment must be paid within 48 hrs of winning auction if not an unpaid case will be opened and the item will be reposted for sale.
