Icee Polar Bear B was released in 1998 and had a fairly short production run.  Great Christmas Pez dispenser. The holiday themed Has dispenser features and adorable off-white, polar bear head with blue eyes. The base/candy dispenser part is white.

Condition is used. The pet dispenser is in OK condition. The head has paint loss on the nose, mouth. and right eye eyebrow. The best dispenser has minor, scuffs and scrapes.
