This is for a nice piece of Neon blue Fluorite  faceting rough for the lapidary. Gem cutting. from Tanzania. . It weighs 31.7 cts. and measures 14X19X13 mm. Photos are close. This is old material. Very rare.. This is a clean stone. very well shaped. 

 I was a major facet rough dealer for over 20 yrs. I semi retired in the late 1990's. I still do some local shows and deal with some old customers.
