This is a Girl Scout rain poncho/tarp that measures 53" wide, and 38"long.  I believe it to be from the 1980's, and it is very sturdy and well made.  There are snaps down the sides, as well as grommets so that it can be used as a tarp/cover.  There are no rips or tears, but there is an almost undetectable stain in the front. It folds EASILY into a small rectangle for storage. This is the sort of item that will last indefinitely with many decades of future use to come.  Low starting bid, no reserve.
