This is a German-made wagon-shaped candy container from the 1920s called "Hello Express." The top lid opens, and it would have originally contained candy inside. The container is made of wood with a paper coating and measures 6" long x 2.75" wide x 1-5/8" tall. There are two damages on the right side wheel and a small split in the wood on the right side of the top lid.
