The French maison's beauty division does not produce ceramic pieces often — and when it does, they are objects that reward being held close and examined carefully. This 2025 ceramic star ornament is exactly that. A five-point star in glazed white ceramic, framed in a cloisonné-style gold metal border that follows every edge and point of the star form; smooth on the surface, warm gold at the perimeter.

Across the white ceramic face, a botanical illustration has been printed in extraordinary detail: purple and lavender roses in full bloom beside warm amber-orange botanical accents; a pair of vivid orange butterflies in mid-flight; and — the detail that rewards the closest looking — a single pink dragonfly at the top of the star, precise and delicate, as if it just landed. The entire scene exists within the star's white ceramic ground, contained by the gold border, visible in full only when the piece is held. A natural leather suede cord in warm tan passes through the gold ring at the star's centre top, tied in a knot.
