to us to be repaired or replaced.

This does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications.

Units MUST NOT be physically manipulated, opened or altered in any way. Any water/liquid damage or faults resulting from excessive or physical damage will NOT be covered under this warranty.
Units must not be taken to any repair shop or other technician, Otherwise warranty will be VOID.
