On hide prepared washed and ready to fit -  tails on hide can be fixed in with your own 

wedge and manes nailed on with your own choice of nails.

Tails not on hide can be just popped in with some glue and a wood wedge if needed. (nails and wedges not included)

Left piece of hair - length 44 inches. Hide part measures 8.25 inches x 0.75 inches. Middle piece length 34 inches hide piece 1.75 x 0.75 inches. Right piece/ tail measures 35 inches, 31 inches measured from end of string (as this piece would be inside or partially inside horse.
