This is a really great-condition, early 1930s tin-lithographed spinning top toy from Walt Disney Enterprises. It shows images of pie-eyed Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, baby Minnie, long-billed Donald Duck, and Horace Horsecollar, all playing musical instruments. The top measures approximately 7.75" in diameter x 6.75" tall. It is in very nice condition.

When you push down on the handle, the top spins very quickly. Normally, you can easily lift the handle and push it down again to make it spin faster each time. However, on this one, the handle does not move easily enough to allow for quick pumping, and as a result, the toy does not whistle while spinning. The handle seems to get a little stuck when trying to pull it up as the top is spinning.
