This is a vintage tin-lithographed Halloween noisemaker from the 1940s-1950s, made by US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. It features a witch flying past the moon, accompanied by black cats, pumpkins, bats, an owl, and a cauldron. It measures 3.25" long x 2.25" in diameter, with a wooden handle that is 2.5" long. It is in very nice condition, displaying only a few small spots of wear.
