This vintage skirt has large white buttons fastening the front from top to bottom, as well as two unique external pockets which also serve as visual interest and a dynamic layer. This skirt is very artsy and brightly colored, and was most likely made in the 80s 90s or early Y2K, though the style, buttons and bright colors give it a retro 50's 60s or 70s vibe as well. It is 100% cotton, making it perfect for hot summer days.
