Up for auction is a fabulous early Gorham coin silver christening mug, with beautifully chased floral ornament and engraved gothic script initials on the front, with gilded interior, 4 3/8” tall (to the tip of the handle), 3.5” tall, 3” top diameter, 2 5/8” bottom diameter, 5 1/2” wide, 111 grams / 3.56 toz, marked to the bottom as shown on pictures, in excellent condition.
