Description 

Used ABB MFDT-01 FlashDrop drive parameter programming tool, ABB material number 68566380.

The FlashDrop is designed to create, edit, upload, download and copy drive parameter sets. It can transfer parameters between compatible ABB drives or between a computer and the FlashDrop tool. ABB states that parameter transfers to compatible drives can be performed while the drive is unpowered.

The unit powers on successfully. The LCD illuminates, the main menu is displayed, and the keypad responds as shown in the photographs. The visible menu includes Parameters, Time & Date and Drive Information.

The programming tip and protective cap are included. The programming-tip housing shows a visible crack near the front section. Please examine the photographs carefully for its exact condition.

No connection or data-transfer test was performed with an ABB variable-frequency drive or computer. DrivePM software, computer interface cable and charger are not included unless specifically shown in the photographs.

For shipping safety, this unit will be shipped without batteries.

ABB announced in 2026 that the MFDT-01 and DrivePM are obsolete and are no longer sold or distributed, making the tool primarily useful for maintaining compatible legacy ABB drives.
