New old stock Epson 2MB SRAM PCMCIA Type I RAM Card, supplied in its original factory-sealed retail packaging.


This vintage memory card was designed as removable data storage for compatible notebook computers, palmtops, PDAs, pen-based systems and other equipment equipped with a compatible PCMCIA card slot.


The original packaging identifies the card as a 2MB RAM Card compatible with PCMCIA Type I systems. Epson documentation confirms that its PCMCIA SRAM card family was offered in capacities up to 2MB and was designed for compatibility with PCMCIA and JEIDA standards.


The package lists compatibility with several vintage systems, including selected Acer, AST, Dell, Gateway, Grid, HP, IBM, Lexmark, NCR, Olivetti, Sharp and Toshiba computers. Compatibility depends on the host computer, operating system, PCMCIA controller and required memory-card format.
