Flat rate of $6.00 per order for seed ONLY orders - this is for a domestic letter with TRACKING service or parcel with tracking.

Flat rate of $24.95 per order for combined seed/plant orders - this is for Express post.

Delivery time:

• Your order will be posted within 7-10 business days.
  • Orders may be posted on either a Monday, Tuesday or Friday.
  • Ebay automatically provides a tracking number to your order when it is posted.
  • Orders that contain plants must be collected from post offices on day of arrival, including orders redirected there. Orders posted to Post offices or redirected to a post office are considered delivered upon arrival at the post office.
  • Orders containing plants may be delayed due to hot weather or public holidays. We will notify you in this case.
  • Should your parcel be delayed during transit please contact us first. We have a special manager at our end to help with these problems. Once you instigate an inquiry the matter is out of our hands.

Germination

Our seed is packaged fresh on demand from our own seed source that we use in the nursery, so we know that germination is guaranteed. If your seed fails to germinate run through this checklist - sown wrong time of year, too much water, not enough water, sudden heat wave interfering with germination, insect attack- little crawlies love seedlings, required pre-treatment to germinate, required cold storage to germinate, not enough time elapsed - some seed will germinate on its own time schedule.

We dont supply germination notes as there is such a range of conditions across Australia and there is plenty of information on the internet regarding general seeding and/or the species you have purchased. Some seed can take 12-24 months to germinate.

IMPORTANT information on postage

• Due to quarantine restrictions, we do not post to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania or Overseas.
• The export of seed and plants from Australia requires a Phytosanitary Certificate, and most countries will require one to import them. We do not issue Phytosanitary Certificates. We reserve the right to cancel any orders found to be destined for overseas via a mail on-forwarding service or any other means.
• Inline with new Ebay policy, orders will be posted to the address supplied at checkout - no exceptions. Orders with the wrong address will need to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct address.
• We offer a substantial discount on postage when making multiple purchases.
  • Use the Add to Cart button and postage should automatically calculate in your cart as items are added.
  • If you commit to purchase each item separately, you will need to message me for a combined invoice.
  • If you pay for each item separately, depending on the amount of overpaid postage, we may choose to either refund you or send plants/seed in lieu. Any refunds will be minus Ebay and Paypal Fees charged on the overpaid postage.
• IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS PLANTS-
• Our plants are shipped in excellent condition and should arrive on your doorstep in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong during transit.
  • Please contact us on the day of receipt. Orders posted to Post offices or redirected to a post office are considered delivered upon arrival at the post office.
  • Please provide a photograph of the problem. Ebay has an attach photos button at the bottom of the contact form.
  • We cannot help you if you contact us days later and/or do not provide a photo.
  • Your claim must be dealt with within Ebay. Asking us to contact you outside of Ebay is against Ebay policy and is monitored by Ebay.

• Our responsibility is to provide you with healthy plants and seed to your door. After that time their care and performance are your responsibility. We are happy to help if you require any information on their care.
