we do not insure or cover glass of any type against damages in postage however we will package it to the best of our ability to minimise risk in transit when being handled by parcel couriers.

returns:

customers have 30 days to return genuinely faulty parts. the buyer is responsible for the

return costs. all our parts are spray marked and security tagged. the part must be returned in the condition it was sent out. any interference with our parts or the security tags will make your return void. refund will be issued once the part is tested and security tags checked . All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restock fee of the item sale price. in the event that 10% of the sale price is less than £6 then buyer will be subject to a

£6 restock fee.

Part Terms & Conditions:If you exercise your right to cancel, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure.

Please contact us and receive authorisation for return / collection and your returns number.

Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box or one of similar construction.*1.3

Mail the package if returning and label it for our address.

If at time of call to customer services you were advised that the Product will be collected, please do as *1.3 but have the Parcel accessible for the courier to collect on the day agreed at time of call.

Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules.

You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.

All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.

5- Accepting Your Delivery:Please note couriers require someone be present to sign for all packages. If no one is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt.

The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, failing that will attempt the delivery normally the next working day.

If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
