CONDITION CLASSIFICATION

Trading Cards
While we do our best to estimate the condition of an item. We are not experts in visually grading Trading Cards. Mint or even Near Mint does not mean this item is an automatic PSA 10 contender.


Near Mint (NM): There may be slight edge wear or border whitening, and minor scratches but otherwise it's considered nearly un-played. This card is likely straight from a pack and into a sleeve, binder and/or Top-Loader. Often referred to as 'Pack Fresh'.

Lightly Played (LP) will very likely contain edge wear, border whitening and scuffs, or scratches. This card was likely purchased second-hand, or may also straight from a pack.

Moderately (MP) or Heavily Played (HP) are subject to a bend/crease and more obvious scuffs, markings and scratches including edge wear. This may also include foreign residue.

Damaged will always contain obvious bend(s) and/or crease(s).

Our estimation, is an estimation and it is always open to interpretation. If you'd like a closer look at a card before purchasing, we are happy to provide photos for items of significant value* for peace of mind. Unfortunately, we don't have the time to accommodate this request for affordable cards.

Booster Packs
All sealed items are classified as Brand New and are factory sealed with no tampering.

Brand New item packaging are still subject to scuffs, bends and creases, but is contents remain intact inside.

Items that listed as EMPTY or WRAPPER ONLY are for display purposes only. They do not contain valuable cards inside. We fill those with bulk cards only to retain the shape of the pack, before placing them into a Palms Off Booster Pack Sleeve. Again, they are NOT sealed. You can expect the packaging to be torn and/or ripped and subject to scuffs, bends and creases.

Vintage packs are subject to differing saturations depending on the print run and place of manufacturing. For example, the 1999 Base Set had several print runs, and some were darker in saturation, while the UK based 4th print had longer crimps. Vintage packs are also subject to microscopic vent holes usually on the side of the pack. Furthermore, it isn't uncommon for the seals to sometimes have minor openings in the crimp (top/bottom).


PACKAGING & HANDLING

All items are packaged with the utmost care:

Trading Card Singles are sleeved and either top-loaded or card-saved before being placed within a sealed bag.

Trading Card Lots are sealed in a bag. Any special cards within the lot are sleeved and top-loaded.

Short Crimp Booster Packs are sealed in Palms Off Booster Pack Sleeve.

Long Crimp Booster Packs are sealed in larger sealed bag.

Booster Boxes are placed within a semi-rigid box protector.

All other Non-Trading Card related items will be treated with equal packaging care.


If an item is shipped within a box, the excess space will be filled with bubble wrap to minimise movement.



SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are generally processed and lodged with Australia Post within 1-2 business days of payment being received. If there is a delay, I will endeavour to contact the buyer.


For Trading Card Singles with a combined value of $50.00 AUD:

I offer Small Letter Shipping which is Standard Parcel Delivery on eBay (130 x 240 x 5mm) using a 300gsm card envelope. Note: There is NO tracking for this option and therefore I am not responsible for loss or damages occurred during transit for this option. If you value the item, pay for Parcel Post.

All Trading Card Singles with a combined value exceeding $50.00 AUD:

Will require Parcel Post shipping with tracking. Items shipped via Parcel Post are likely to be placed within a box, satchel or other protective method ensuring they arrive safely.

For Booster Packs, Booster Boxes (Empty or Sealed) and other specialty items:
We only ship using Parcel Post with tracking to ensure all items are protected and arrive safely.


COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes, we combine shipping. If multiple items fit in the same box, you shouldn't need to pay twice. However, I recommend you contact us before purchasing as this isn't always an automated process and the responsibility of the purchaser to enquire. Once you contact us, we can carefully package the items into the appropriately sized box or satchel and provide an updated shipping estimate, or refund the difference after you purchase.


REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We do offer refunds at our discretion if an item is received that doesn't match its description.

This doesn't mean if an item is listed as NM and you consider it LP, that you'll automatically receive a partial refund. If you are not satisfied with the condition of an item received, contact us first. We do make mistakes, and it is possible that we missed something. If you contact us, we will be happy to help you out.  We can offer a full or partial-refund at our discretion.

If an item does need to be returned, we asked that it is returned in the same method used to ship it.

There are no refunds sealed items, especially anything considering vintage.
